Sennheiser UK has added a new
spares ordering function and updated their workshop to provide
better support for the microphone and headphone
manufacturer's pro audio customers.
Improvements to Sennheiser's
British division's workshop include a new triage area for
prioritising repairs, meaning small repairs can be turned around
quickly so hardware will be back with the cutomer the same day, in
many cases.
"Our emphasis is always on serving the end customer and
improving the support we give to them," explained Tim Sherratt,
Sennheiser UK's engineering and technical services manager.
He added: "Initially, the online spares ordering section will
serve three product areas: MKH wired microphones, Evolution
wireless and Pro Audio headphones. We will be adding more items and
information as we progress this part of the site. We have also
introduced a new online service and support centre, which features
an FAQ section, online booking of equipment for repair, access to
software downloads, user manuals and a wealth of other information.
